What do you do at Xapo?
My current role is that of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, here I have the privilege of connecting with exceptional individuals from around the world, assisting them in their journey to join a company dedicated to safeguarding people's life savings. One of the unique aspects of my role is the opportunity to meet and interview candidates from various countries and cultures. The beauty of working in a remote-first company is that geography is no longer a barrier to finding the best talent. As a result, I have the chance to learn from individuals from diverse backgrounds and gain insights into different cultures and ways of thinking.
