What do you do at Xapo Bank?

I’m a Mobile Developer working in our Apps Platform Team, and our responsibilities include supporting other teams, maintaining and evolving the CI/CD infrastructure, developing our Design System, and much more.

How would you describe the team culture at Xapo Bank?

I’d say the pillars of our team culture are diversity, respect, and professionalism. We’ve got people from all over the world working together to build something great and deliver the best possible service to our members. Creating a comfortable, respectful, and welcoming environment is crucial for us. Every day, we strive to make sure we’re living up to these values.

Can you highlight any team-building activities or events that you’ve enjoyed at Xapo Bank?

There have been many enjoyable events, but one that stands out is the Dragon Boat Race during our last offsite in Singapore. The entire company gathered in Singapore for a whole week, giving us a great chance to meet our colleagues in person and take part in lots of fun activities. For me, the highlight was definitely the Dragon Boat Race. We split into teams to sail traditional Singaporean Dragon Boats, and the experience was topped off with an amazing Dragon Dance at the end. It was an unforgettable way to bond with the team.
